How do I sign up Kashier?

  1. Go to https://merchant.kashier.io/signup
  2. Fill the required information and click on sign up button
Great, You have successfully created an account and you will be redirected to the dashboard

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Click on “Forgot your Password” from login page
  2. Enter your email and click on reset password button.
  3. You will receive an email with your password reset link.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password then submit.
If your email matches our records, You will receive an email with your password reset link.

My account is not verified. How do I verify my account?

  1. Click on send verification email from login page
  2. You will receive an email with the verification link.
  3. If you didn’t receive account verification email, Click on resend verification email from login page
  4. You will be redirected to login page, submit your email and password

How do I activate my account?

Great! So you decided to go live with Kashier, here’s what to do. You have 2 ways
  1. Click on “Activate your account” in dashboard top bar
  2. Verify your mobile number then click on next button
    • Enter your mobile number and click on confirm button
    • You will receive an SMS with a verification code
    • Enter verification code and click on verify button if you didn’t receive the verification SMS click on resend button
  3. Enter your business info and click on next button
  4. Upload your legal documents and click on request activation account
  5. Your files will be reviewed by our team.
You can click on save as a draft to save your data and complete your account activation request later

How can I change the business phone number?

  1. Navigate to “Manage Account” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on “Change Request” button from business info tab
  3. Enter your new business phone number
  4. Click on “Submit application”

How can I edit my business information?

  1. Navigate to “Manage Account” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on “Change Request” button from business info tab

How can I upload new documents?

  1. Navigate to “Manage Account” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on “Change Request” button from business info tab
  3. Click on (drag file here or browse) and select legal documents you want to upload
  4. Click on “Submit application”

How can I change my password?

  1. Navigate to “Manage Account” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on “Personal info”
  3. Click on “Change Password” from personal info tab
  4. Type in the new password and confirm

How can I set up two-factor authentication for my account?

  1. Navigate to “Manage Account” tab in the side menu
  2. Check “Two -Factor Authentication” from “Account Settings” tab
  3. Click on confirm
  4. Enter Authentication code sent to your mobile number
  5. Click on verify, if you didn't receive Authentication code, click on resend code

How can I find my Kashier Merchant ID?

  • From browser desktop view in the top bar under your user name
  • From mobile view : from profile drop down in the top bar

How to > Transactions


How can I view my transactions?

  1. Navigate to “Transactions” tab in the side menu
  2. You will see all the transactions made.
  3. You can search for a particular transaction from the search bar, or you can use."Advanced Search" for more filters.

How can I generate a report with all my transactions?

  1. Navigate to “Transactions” tab in the side menu.
  2. From the date range at the top right corner, set the range you want to view and generate a report for.
  3. Click on "Export" to generate the report of the transactions within the set range.

How can I view a transaction history and details?

  1. Navigate to “Transactions” tab in the side menu.
  2. Select the transaction in question from the transactions view.
  3. You will be directed to the transaction details and history.

How can I refund my customers?

  1. Navigate to “Transactions” tab in the side menu.
  2. Click on "Refund" button.
  3. Choose "Partial" or "Full".
  4. If you select "partial" refund, enter the amount you wish to refund.
  5. Click confirm.

How to > Invoices


How can I create invoice?

  1. Navigate to “Invoices” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on Create invoice
  3. Enter your customer’s name and the amount you’d like to charge
  4. Select a due date for the payment.
  5. Enter name of the item, the quantity and the unit price.
  6. Click on “Add Item” if you wish to add more items to the bill
  7. You can add taxes to your charge by adding the tax percentage
  8. You can leave any notes on the request
  9. Click on “Save Invoice”. Or, if you’d like to save it for later just click on “Save as a draft”.

How can I create a payment request?

  1. Navigate to “Payment requests” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on Create Payment requests
  3. Enter your customer’s name and the amount you’d like to charge
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Click on “Save Request”
  6. You will now be redirected to the request page. You can click on the three-dot icon if you want to edit, mark the request as paid, or even cancel the request.
  7. If you are ready to charge your customer, click on “Share Now” where you can enter your customer’s mobile number and/or email and click send.

How can I allow the customer to pay any amount they want?

  1. Navigate to “Payment pages” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on "Create Payment Page"
  3. Enter Page details
  4. Click Save Page, You will be directed to the payment page summary to preview page details.
  5. Click on Share now and enter customers' emails and/or contact numbers
  6. Or Copy link and share it on any social media platform.

How can I pre-set an amount to be paid by my customers?

  1. Navigate to “Payment pages” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on "Create Payment Page"
  3. Enter Page details
  4. Tick on "Fixed Amount"
  5. Click Save Page
  6. Click on Share now and enter customers' emails and phones

How can I suspend a payment page?

  1. Navigate to “Payment pages” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on the payment page you wish to suspend
  3. Click on the slider next to "Publish Link" to unpublish
Once a page is unpublished, customers will not be able to access it, and you will not be able to collect payments through it.

How can I delete/edit a payment page?

  1. Navigate to “Payment pages” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on the payment page you wish to edit or delete.
  3. Click on the multi-action button, and choose edit or delete.

Is there an expire date for payment pages?

  1. As long as the page is publish, it will remain active and you'll be able to collect payments through it.

How can I generate a report for payment pages?

  1. Click on the payment page in question
  2. Click on "Export" at the top right to generate a report with this payment page details

How can I start accepting payments?

On your home page, you are able to see all the successful payments, failed transactions, acceptance ratio, and the total paid amounts.
The acceptance ratio = Successful Transactions/Total Transactions


How can I change the mobile number I submitted?

You can easily manage your details by clicking on “Manage Account” from the side bar.
Select “Personal Information”, enter your new mobile number and click “Save”.


How can I change my password?

Select the “Change Password” option; enter your old password, then type in the new password. Retype it again to confirm and click “Change Password”. All done!


How can I set up two-factor verification for my account?

If you need an extra layer of security for your account, you can easily do that by clicking on the “Two -Factor Authentication” option, then choose “Activate”.


You will be receiving a verification code via SMS each time you login from now on.



How can I edit my store information?

You can send us a request through this link with the new information you’d like to update. And we’ll get back to you within one working day.



How can I upload new documents?

From the “Manage Account” section on your dashboard; select “Manage Documents”, choose “Upload Documents”.



How can I delete a document?

Simply select “Manage Documents” from the “Manage Account” section; click on the three-dot icon next to the document in question, and click “Delete”.



Where can I find my Merchant ID?

From the Manage Account section, choose “Manage API Keys”.



How can I get a new API key?

You can easily generate a new API key by simply clicking on “Generate”. You can also delete old APIs by clicking on the icon next to it.



How can I create a payment request

  1. Navigate to “Payment requests” tab in the side menu
  2. Click on Create Payment requests
  3. Enter your customer’s name and the amount you’d like to charge
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Click on “Save Request”
